Context :
Use RLS with 2 groups.
Group A can see and use Filter Dimension Table [Client Name]
Group B cant see nor use filter Dimension Table [Client Name]
think of Group A as an Admin and Group B an Worker
My problem:
I am having trouble finding a way to allow the group A to see the filter visual display the clients name for his to browse and filter
while displaying a "empty" filter visual for the Group B

I managed to get it working with some duplication ( its not decent but its what the clients wants )
Solution:
1) duplicate table
2) in the first client dimension ,add a custom column = 1
3) in the second client dimension, replace every value with "redacted" except the ID and add a custom column = 0
4) merge them together and apply RLS to use either 1 or 0
