return a single name for top sales using dax for dynamic text box

HI all,

I am writing some dynamic text to go alongside a report. I want to provide the name of the top item sold in my report, it appears a really easy ask but I cannot seem to figure it out

I have looked at RANKX and TopN but these seem return a category rank or a table what i am looking for is to return a name, as below the measure should just return the name 'Shoes' as top item sold

Item                 sold

shoes               100

trainers             80

shirts                70

socks                10
