Is there a way of combininb all usage metrics in a single report?
The metrics are for reports located in 20 different workspaces, can I achieve that?
(I have almost 1 report per workspace, therefore all my reports are scattered in different workspaces....)

According to your description, if it's a usage indicator in the management portal, it can't be integrated into a report for now. But you can build your own usage metrics using the O365 audit log, see the instructional video below.
