reporting usage on reports in different workspaces?

Hi experts,

 

Is there a way of combininb all usage metrics in a single report?

 

The metrics are for reports located in 20 different workspaces, can I achieve that?

 

(I have almost 1 report per workspace, therefore all my reports are scattered in different workspaces....)

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

According to your description, if it's a usage indicator in the management portal, it can't be integrated into a report for now. But you can build your own usage metrics using the O365 audit log, see the instructional video below.

You can pull the usage across your entire tenant from the audit logs in the 365 admin center:
