Hi all,
I've got transformed data which contains a telephone pick up group plus if a call was answered or abandoned like so:
I'm struggling to find a way where i can return a result where it will list the unique group values and then count on the pick up state eg:
London - Answered - 2
London - Abandoned - 1
Birmingham - Answered - 1
Birmingham - Abandoned - 1
Would anyone be able to assist on how to acheive this?
Thanks in advanced
