To filter out the blank values, you can use the Visual/Page/Report filters. You can drag the appropriate field int othe filter area, then click the drop down, then choose "Advanced" and use the next set of drop downs to filter out the Blank values in that field.
Not sure on the "White" values. Maybe those are spaces in your field, and not actually a value? Please elaborate.
