relative and between option in date slicer

is it somehow possible to use relative and between both the options together for date slicer in same report?

@INJAINP , you can use both slicers on the report and they will act as "And" filter. 
So only data that meet both criteria will be displayed.

Also make sure that relative date slicer is filtering between slicer so that automatically when you change relative slicer it filters beetween slicer.
