relatioship issue

Hi All, 

I'm Just facing some relationship issue in my data model. 

Relationship details:-

Account(Account ID)----->EDC PENDING PO(Account ID)

Company (Company ID)---->EDC PENDING PO(Company ID)

 

 

Parent Account- ACCOUNT 

Company Id- ACCOUNT 

Company ID- COMPANY

 Company Name- COMPANY TABLE

 

In filter on all pages, i restrict the some other  company(Filter on All pages) , not north america. the account AIIMS India was not showing in Filter on this Visual filters. But the data was there. But its not showing in filter on this visual(table).

 

When i remove the filters in Filters on all pages, at that time the Parent Account(AIIMS India) is started showing.

 

Please advice and i also included the relationship diagram simply.
