register problem

Hello, When i try to register my work email, power BI says that my email is already registered. so, when i go to "forget my password" to creat a newone, its says "the emails doesnt exist". So i dont understand whats is happening. Sory to post it in a wrong place. Thank you!

Do you know, if your organisation allready has an O365 tenant?

If yes, please contact your admin. He can grant you the rights or set back your password.

If not,..... then you have to contact the Microsoft support....
