I'm importing data through SQL and im importing daily data but the whole data right from start is being refreshed and it is taking hours to refresh. Is their any way we can  only refresh newly uploaded data ?

As @Ahmedx  mentioned, you can use incremental refresh, it have some conditions.

the data source needs to support query folding, and it must have the date/time column.
