Is it possible to filter out data from the field by encoding that entry on a linked (separate) excel file? Or it can only be done in Power query and Filter options in BI?

As far as I know, the only way to filter in Power BI, or when importing, check the report and then load the data after the filtering is done in Power Query, is as follows.
