prevent duplication in rows

Dear Community,

I have a below matrix, my problem is that values are duplicating per rows which is not right, 
how can i prevent this duplication? because values should be uniques for each cell.

Hi @Anonymous ,

It is a little difficult to find out what's the root cause of problem only based on the information you provide currently. Could you please provide some sample data? And how do you set up your matrix(Rows:xx?  Columns:xx?  Values:xx?)? If there is any measure or calculated column included in the matrix, please also provide their formula. Thank you.
