power bi desktop - cannot access

hi,

i'm trying to login with my organization subscription to power bi from power bi desktop.

After I entered my user name a blank page is showed but nothing happen.

I've already tried to reinstall power bi desktop.

no problem trying to access to power bi on the web

Hi @eduardo_izzo ,

Is your issue that Power BI Desktop will show blank after you enter your user name? Here I have some advise to you.

1.Please check as  parry2k mentioned.

Try other machines in your organization to sign in by this account or other accounts in same organization.

If all machines couldn't sign in Power BI Desktop, there may be caused by security policy. Please contact IT in your Business and check it.

2. Please check Event Viewer in Windows and check Windows logs for Application. Find Desktop and check logs.

3. Power BI Desktop can trace logs as below. Here is a offical blog about troubleshooting sign in Power BI Desktop.

@eduardo_izzo can you try on a different machine? There is no known issue as such.
