pick Single cell as denominator

Need to get the rate column as a result.The total columns in dollars as condition should be divided by total of sales.

Do you have only car or many groups in your category column?
if there are many groups, then please post an example of several groups.

Yes i do have many groups but those shouldn't have the rate nos

this means that there are a lot of Sales, then how will we know that 8 belongs to the car group?
