percentage of resolution

Please i have an issue to calculate the percentage of resolution per week,

i tried to do this but i'm afraid it doesn't work

resolution WEEK-1 = (('Statut des DS'[Ticket résolu]/'Statut des DS'[Ticket traité]) *100),
'Statut des DS'[Date de création] >= date(2020 ,07,20),
'Statut des DS'[Date de création] <= date(2020 ,07,26)
)

Hi @ayoubb

My test table is as below.

1.png

You may use measure:

Percent =

CALCULATE (

    DIVIDE ( [Ticket résolu], [Ticket traité] ),

    FILTER (

        'Statut des DS',

        'Statut des DS'[Date de création] >= DATE ( 2020, 07, 20 )

            && 'Statut des DS'[Date de création] <= DATE ( 2020, 07, 26 )

    )

)

I build a card visual to show the result. And you may select the percent measure and select % in Measure tools.

You can download the pbix file from this link: percentage of resolution

@ayoubb , It should be like

divide(sum('Statut des DS'[Ticket résolu])/sum('Statut des DS'[Ticket traité]))

Mark it as % column. No need multiply with 100

For week intelligence refer

Hi @ayoubb ,

Create a measure as follows:

resolution WEEK-1 = CALCULATE(
                                                      DIVIDE(SUM('Statut des DS'[Ticket résolu]), SUM('Statut des DS'[Ticket traité]), 0) ,
                     'Statut des DS'[Date de création] >= date(2020 ,07,20) && 'Statut des DS'[Date de création] <= date(2020 ,07,26)
)

Once the above measure is created, convert it to PERCENTAGE.

Thanks,
Pragati

Hi @ayoubb ,

I don't understand your DAX expression as there is no screenshot on how your data is and what you are trying to achieve.

Kindly add more detail to your query.
