Hi @vijaykaali811  -You can’t directly bind a slicer or text box input to a web query in M and refresh it dynamically without a full refresh.Unfortunately, Power BI Service does NOT support direct web queries using parameters unless the query and parameters are set up in Desktop first and refreshed via a gateway.

Hi @vijaykaali811

If you're creating  a report form scratch in the service, only these data sources are supported. All others need the Desktop version

danextian_0-1743847416610.pngAs @rajendraongole1 mentioned, actions in the report (such as slicer selections) do not impact Power Query. It's the reverse. In DirectQuery, it is pseudo-possible—when a user interacts with the report (e.g., filtering, drilling down, selecting different values in slicers), Power BI generates SQL queries based on the DAX expressions in the report, sends them to the data source, and retrieves the result. However, these interactions do not affect any DirectQuery transformations made in the query editor
