original column name

Hi,

how can I see the original column name of a column that another people have rename?

hover a mouse over field in the visualization pane and you will see a tooltip

@az38 if I hover the mouse, on tooltip I see the renamed column not the original name

if you want to see Field name in origin Data Source, you can see it only in Power Query Editor mode.

where can I see it? If I go in power query editor I see the renamed field

Hi, @Giada_Togliatti 

You may go to 'Query Editor'=>'Query Settings'=>'Applied STEPS', click a step which is before the 'Renamed Columns' step. Then you will see the original name.
