Is there a quick way to have the order of the fields in the visual filter match the order of the columns in the table?

Just confirming what you're looking for - did you want the order of the fields in the "Filters on this visual" section of the Filter Pane to match the order the columns appear in the physical table (1 matches 4 below) or something else?
I just put together the below screenshots that may help reference the different field orders.
By default, the order of 1 will match 2, but otherwise, there is no simple way to align the orders in Power BI Desktop aside from manual reordering (as far as I know).
You could possibly resort to saving the report in PBIP format and coming up with a process to modify report.json (with reference to model.bim if needed).
