% of one total vs the other in a matrix (based on the sum of 2 calculated columns)

Hello,

I have 2 columns filled with 1's and 0's these are calculated columns based on counting date ranges (required / updated).

I have a matrix where i sum these totals up (required / updated) and break them down by person/team in a matrix.

I want a column to represent the % of one of these againest the other.

So raw data looks like:

RAW DATACalculated columns
nameThingIDteamRequiredUpdated
Bob1A10
Bob2A11
Bob3A10
Bob4A11
Billy5A11
Billy6A11
Billy7A10
Billy8A10
Barry9A11
Cath10B11
Andrew11B00
Nicola12B11
Lauren13B00

and i then matrix this data 2 ways:

NameSum of RequiredSum of Updated% of required
Andrew000%
Barry11100%
Billy4250%
Bob4250%
Cath11100%
Lauren000%
Nicola11100%

OR

NameSum of RequiredSum of Updated% of required
A9556%
B22100%

What i want is a way to give the '% of required' of these totals as above but i need it to be versitle being used to breakdown from differetn columns.

Many Thanks

Andy

You'll have to think carefully about the different level of detail and what breakdowns you need.

How have you currently calculated the % of required? You'll need to find the right application of ALL or ALLSELECTED to get what you want.
