% of a total of a column in an array and columns formatted with

Good evening, please help.

How can I calculate a percentage of a total in a matrix using dax , since when I use the quick calculations I have problems when I remove a data (item) from the table, as I show below:

the table above is the original, but I want it to look like the one shown below:

I want the percentages to be maintained still removing the data of the approved, the second problem I have is the calculation of the last two columns BpS 21-22 which the formula is average of year 22 less (-) the average of year 21, the other column deterioration / improvement that the formula in excel is the result of the column (Bps 21-22) between (/) the average of year 21 so I want to configure it in a conditional format.

Note: Two TRXS tables and DATOS_ENTRADA are used.
