I'm using this visual, I wanna ask it is possible to set to show the full amount until the second decimal?

Not entirely clear what visual it is you're using, or what data it is that's going into it, or even what you're asking, but normally there's an option within the visual itself (try looking on the data label option) to change display units
Select your column from the right pane, then go up to the "Modelling" tab and select the desired currency from the list:

Are you using a column or a measure?
And using import mode or a live connection?

In that case, just select "none" in the display units dropdown:
