non uniform reports in pbi

hi , we are just getting started.  we have a report shown below that from what i can see isnt a great fit for the visuals we see in pbi.  it isnt quite a table or matrix especially because of lines like you see with the customer item # like BBBBBBB on it.  is such a report possible from pbi?  how would we even get started?

You could probably design a paginated report to manage this.
