no data on API

Hey guys,

I'mstruggling to refresh a dataset because a table which uses API connections as dadatsource. 
Below is the error message I'm getting. What shall I do? Not sure why it says 'no data', when it's an API connection.

Have you check the steps in the official documentation below?

Anaplan Connector Power BI Desktop 

It should be noted that that only exports that output .csv and .txt files are supported.

Run a Power BI export action 

The connector is provided by Anaplan, you can also use the support channels there.
