new columns detection

Hello Everyone , 
I have a difficult task , I have a big table and a filter table which contains values to filter the big table with  , but the trick is the filter is changed and updated regularly and I can't define any column . I'm in a roadblock how can PowerBI detect new values in the filter table and do the filtering with ? Thank you so much

Here is the relationship:

When the filter table changes, the slicer and so on in the report will follow change:
