Tried connecting to SQL server, used wrong user name/password, failed. Try to re-connect to same SQL server, now the PBI is skipping the username password screen and fails again..
It seems to be holding it in memory some where, how do I clear this to connect to the SQL server with revised user name/password
Solved! Go to Solution.
Go to Edit Queries > Date Source settings > Edit Permissions > Under Credentials choose Edit
Go to File -> Options and Settings -> Data source settings. Clear the corresponding permission to your connetion and exit. You will be prompted user name and password next time.
Thanks
