need help with dax

I have ticket table with ticket number , creation date, resolved date and assignment group. I am using the below measure to calculat et the average resolution time. I have inactive relation with resolved date and date and one relationon with ticket state. This measure is giving the correct number at ticket level, but when I am using it in table with assignment group total is not correct. How I can fix this issue

AvergeResolutionTime =

CALCULATE (

    AVERAGEX (

        FILTER ( Ticket, RELATED('TicketState'[state] ) = "Resolved" ),

        DATEDIFF ( Incidents[creation date], Incidents[resolved date], DAY )

    )

 ,USERELATIONSHIP ( Incidents[resolved date], 'Date'[Date] )

)
