matrix with total results on top with out scroll bar dragging

hi

i have the scnerio where i have sales from different fiscal years which users need to see and i have the regions ,sate and city drill down . my users are ok to scroll down for detail analysis but they are asking if i can provide the totals results instead of scrolling down . Since they need to scroll the bar 2-3 times to see the total sales which they are getting frustrated . Hope you understood this simple requirement . Is this possible in any case ?
