Dear all, I have a report with a multiple select slicer for categories and a matrix visual that already has a column, row and values defined. I would like to be able to compare different categories within said matrix, so I added the category column to the column hierarchy in the matrix visual. It works fine. However, if only one category is selected, I would like to hide the column that then only repeats this category in each row, because the user can already see which category is selected in the slicer. Is there any way to decide whether the matrix should be drilled to the next level in the hierarchy or not based on whether one or multiple items are selected? Thankful for any help.
Hi @Anonymous ,
There's a workaround. You can try to filter in the Filters.

Thank you, I can see how this prevents the expansion of hierarchy levels, but I do not see how this solves my problem - if more than one is selected, then I do want the matrix to expand automatically. Only if only one is selected I would like to hide it.
