currently I have a matrix with a hierarchy like this:
how can I have a layout like this:
the hierarchy in this way and the background colors according to the value of the hierarchy

For the hierarchy you have to uncheck the following option in the rows headers menu:
For background color, I think best you can do is a conditionnal formatting for the values of the matrix. However I am not sure you can dynamically change the background color of rows headers.

i can't set conditionnal formatting on row ? it's only available on column ?
Not really. A matrix can be broken down in three parts : rows, columns and values. As far as I know, conditionnal formatting is only available for the values part, which is the "center" of the matrix.
