Hello,
My raw is like below.
| TM | Ship Count | Region | RD |
| John | 5 | East | Smith |
| Smith | 7 | North | Tony |
| Steve | 12 | South | Smith |
| Mary | 15 | West | Tony |
| Mark | 20 | West | Jackie |
| Jim | 17 | North | Jackie |
| Tom | 25 | North | Tony |
| Brian | 30 | East | Smith |
The expectation is to have three different tables.
Table1
| RD | Sum of Ship Count |
| Jackie | 37 |
| Smith | 47 |
| Tony | 47 |
| Grand Total | 131 |
Table 2:
| TM | Ship Count% |
| Brian | 23% |
| Jim | 13% |
| John | 4% |
| Mark | 15% |
| Mary | 11% |
| Smith | 5% |
| Steve | 9% |
| Tom | 19% |
Table 3:
| TM | NewCal |
| Brian | 30 |
| Jim | 17 |
| John | 5 |
| Mark | 20 |
| Mary | 15 |
| Smith | 7 |
| Steve | 12 |
| Tom | 25 |
New cal = Ship Count% * Grand Total from Ship Count (table1)
Table 1 and 2 are straightforward and i'm able to achieve this. But table 3 is where i keep getting stuck as I am unable to create a measure to capture the total as a complete value to make the calculation., while allowing the numbers to change based on any filter/slicers that can be applied. Any suggestions please.
Hi,
What is the confusion/problem? Jsut drag TM and Ship count to a Table visual.
You can use ALLSELECTED to remove context to get a total calculation to use by each row.
