I can't cancel my Power Bi subscription - how can I get support for this?

Hi ,
When you refer cancel the subscription do you mean the account?
This depends on how you have made the account:
If you don't want to use Power BI any longer, you can also close your Power BI account. Kindly refer to Close your Power BI account - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
If you bought from Microsoft 365 Admin center kindly go to Microsoft 365 admin center (Enter Admin credentials) -->choose Your products under Billing --> then select your Power BI --> then you will cancel subscription.
If you bought as an Individual kindly contact your Organization Admin to cancel Power BI Subscription for you, by going to Microsoft365 admin center (Enter Admin credentials) -->choose Your products under Billing --> Click on Filter selected then select Self-service--> then you will see Power BI --> then you will cancel subscription.
