live chat support from Power BI team

Hi    Any one have idea where we can access live MS chat support from Power BI MS team?

Hey just looking for help- whenever I login to our main dashboard, it has me select a language in a large gray box. English is the only option and is automatically checked, so you just exit out of the box and move on. Is there anyway to remove that setting?
