kpi ticket MAQ Software NOT Working OK

Hey folks,

 

I am using KPI ticker and it is not working OK. Not showing the correct color in some cases. For example, when the deviation is negative, the color is Green, which is wrong. Last but not least, I would like to format the color of the variance as the KPI indicator.

    It seems like you are use a third party custom visual to create kpi visualization. I'd like to suggest you to contact to author to confirm this and get more support.

    We observed an issue with KPI Ticker visual that it automatically converts to value to scientif notation when the summation included the - ve and +ve values. For instance, if the interfaces has N number of -negative values and N number of same +positive values and when summation equals 0, then the KPI ticker shows enterely different values as shown in the picture attached -
