key didn't match

Hi.

I am attempting to create a workbook out of PBI desktop using a view from Redshift. When I select the view from the Navigator, I get an error "The Key didn't match any rows in the table". I have never loaded data from this specific schema-table path, although I have attempted to load data from different schemas, using the same naming convention. Any ideas of how to get around this? I've tried making a brand new workbook and loading the data from a brand new view, publishing it, (which works), but when I try to refresh I get the same error.
