Hi, i'm using the hierarchy chart by Akvelon to display the hierarchy between applications and this by filtering on the date.
But I have a problem. Every time i change the color of the nodes , when i filter on another date the nodes are displayed with the default color which is green (see pictures below). I would like to know if there is a way to keep the chosen color in all the dates.
Here i changed the color to white
when i check another date the color return to default
Thank you !
Hi @Anonymous,
It sounds like you are working with a third party custom visual, I'd like to suggest you contact the custom visual author to get further support about improvement and usages.
Regards,
Xiaoxin Sheng
Hi, thank you for the suggestion. I've just sent an e-mail to the author and i will see what he will tell me.
Kind regards,
Did the developer update you about this problem?
Hi @lbendlin, i don't think that the link that you've shared with me respond to my issue. My problem here is that:
i change the nodes color on one date normally but when i select another date the node color returns to its default value. I would like to keep the same color that i've chosen for all the dates.
Thank you !
I may not have been clear enough. My link was supposed to show you what they did in the other similar case. They contacted the author of the custom visual.
