is there a way Power BI data set as direct query pointing to Dataflow.

Hi @saikumarpadakan 

Do you mean connecting to a Data Flow from a Power BI Report in Direct Query?  You need to do some configuration on the Dataflow settings first https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/transform-model/dataflows/dataflows-directquery

Then it will be possible

If you want the opposite, then I don't think this is possible. But what you can do is copy the Query in Desktop and paste it in a Blank Query in the Dataflow.
