inserting parameter in M language 's error in column name

Hi Power Bi -ers,

I am hoping to find a better solution to this problem.

The issue : when i am inserting parameter in M language native query, it returns a column name in the form of "tablename.columnname" after we installing the april PowerBi version. Before version upgrade, we have never have this issue.ErrorPowerBI.PNG

How to solve this: We adding this to solve this problem: """ parameter """ in the WHERE clause query

However, we re concerned about changing manually all WHERE clause for all our report. It is huge!!!

Therefore, we having these questions to ask:

1. Why it is happing? Before we have never have this problem of wrong column name in our report

2. What is the optimal solution to solve our problem?

Thank you so much and looking forward to hearing soon from all of you

Hi @Anonymous ,

Which desktop version do you use now? Is it the latest one?

Hi,

we re using the lastest version.  Do you think this problem can come from the ODBC driver cause we installed new version of ODBC driver and PowerBI desktop?

Version:

2.68.5432.841
