Hello, i'm using Ms.Excel to input my data for creating a dashboard, and i wanted to show the date when i publish my dashboard everytime i update my data in excel. is there a way to do that?

The dashboard you mentioned in your post means a report, right? If I understand correctly, you published the report to service, now you need to show the refresh date automatically in report, right?
If you pin a visual or report page to dashboard, you can click the ... on the top right hand corner of the tile, then select Tile details and select “Display last refresh time” as shown in the following screenshots.
However, this option only applies to dashboard tile. If you want to show refresh date inside a report, you can refer to this blog to generate last refersh time automatically via Power Query.
