Please try following DAX:
Interval = SWITCH(
TRUE(),
'Sheet6'[difference]<-5,"<$-5",
'Sheet6'[difference]>=-5 && 'Sheet6'[difference]<=0,"$-5<->$0",
'Sheet6'[difference]>0 && 'Sheet6'[difference]<=10,"$1<->$10",
'Sheet6'[difference]>10 && 'Sheet6'[difference]<=18,"$11<->18")
Then create a table visual and you can get result you want.
