incremental refresh in Power BI Pro license

Hello

do we have option for incremental datare fresh by doing start & end date parameters using Power BI Pro license..? I did lookup some article and followed steps but much couldnt help. Any help would be aapreciated.

1) I imported fact table which has changedate(load date) column as flag indicator for timestamp.

2) Date dim table with start of year & current date column for start & end date Params.

3) i applied filter on fact table within M query by doing parameter range.

4) Published to Personal workspace and i dont see any options for incremental refresh. Seems i missing steps somewhere, can some one navigate how to apply

You must have premium, but there is new premium per user coming soon: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-premium-per-user-faq
