i have a dataset in excel where Sno is not added .. so i add this excel sheet in power bi and in transformation in add SNO column and create number series.. like each row shoud be different number
so i create graph where i define how many patients face different diseases.. i drag medical condition and SNO in simple table. and i got numbers.. when i cross check with excel .. the count is different .. like asthma patient is 1174 in excel and in power count is 9185..
where is the problem?
Hi @rebam12
Pls check the date data type in Power Query Editor. I had faced the same problem. When I check , Date column creates issue. So, Pls check once date data type in depth.
Thanks!!
HEllo @rebam12 ,
can you explain or show how's the data model is made and from where you're taking the data.

Hi @rebam12 ,
Did you download the dataset from this link?
Healthcare Dataset (kaggle.com)
Make sure no other filters are applied in Excel. The results I see are consistent with those in Power BI.
