incomplete window

Hi, I've a problem with the windows I open for advanced controls in condicional format. I see the half window and i don't know how to change it.

Based on my test in the latest version 2.81.5831.821 of Power BI Desktop, the Conditional formatting works well. You may try to upgrade the Power BI Desktop, then restart the computer and try it again.

Yes! Sure. This one is the blanck window thats appear when I try ti sign in and stay there charging! I tried to reinstall the program and everything. I've license and account.
