Hi,
I am new to Power BI. Is there a way to show a picture in the tooltip description? Lets say I am showing a barchart with student names in the x-axis and their annual performance in the y-axis. I want to be able to display student picture along with text description of the student as I hover my arrow on a particular bar (which in this case will correspond to a student) in this chart.
Any help is appreciated.

For current release od desktop, it is not possible to add image into tooltips. You could try ibarrau's workaround to see whether it suits your scenario. Besides, here's a similar idea, please vote it up.

This is not possible. The tooltip only shows summarize data. If you have the pictures in urls you can create a table marking the url column as image url and show the pictures of the respecting student when filtering them.
