I have particulars column in matrix table i need to compare particular column like table[particulars] = "first", i tried same like that but in if statement it is not showing table and column name.how can i achieve it

Try measure as:

Measure = 
IF(
    MAX('Table'[particulars])="first",
    1,
    0
)

Try using a DAX measure with IF(SELECTEDVALUE(Table[Column] = "first", ...., ...)
