hyperlink for non supported urls
This article suggests Add hyperlinks (URLs) to a table or matrix - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
only http, https, mailto, ftp, news,telnet can be hyperlinked
and voted for the idea aswell
but is there workaround for something like below text could be hyperlinked?

The links provided in the image are proprietary to the Cherwell Platform.
A possible option would be to explore the use of the Cherwell REST APIs described in their help files, which could then be handled on the Power Platform.
