hi,
I have these 4 different tables and currently no relationship between these 4.. I need to get the below result from those 4 tables..could you help me with what join I have to make and how to get the difference in a column or a measure.
| output table | ||
| ProgressWeekno | Discipline | Difference |
| 1 | civil & structural | (0.02-0-02) |
| 2 | civil & structural | (0.05-0-05) |
| 3 | civil & structural | (0.09-0-07) |
| 4 | civil & structural | (0.12-0-013) |
you may consider aw01= pw01, aw02= pw02, etcccc
existing 4 tables I have
Hi @RAKESH1986 ,
You should create a model as follows:
In your table visual add the fields
Create this measure:
Difference =
VAR __Table2 = MAX( 'Table2'[PW_EARLY_BASELINE] )
VAR __Table1 = MAX( 'Table1'[AW_EARLY_BASELINE] )
RETURN
__Table2 - __Table1
You can add this measure to your table.
@Adescrit thanks for the help. The joined you mentioned is working fine and I have added the new measure in table 4 but the measured value has some problems. This may be due to no relationship between table 3 and table 4 or another problem.
it should also consider the discipline-specific value from table 3 and the same discipline value from table 4 and show the difference.
pls help me to resolve this issue.
