how to not change the value of a measure if it uses filter context?

I have a field as 'status' which has 2 values i.e. 'open' and 'close'

I am calculating a value 'X' when Table[Status] = open,
measure= CALCULATE(COUNT(X), FILTER(Table[Status]= "Open"))

I am showing this count of 'x' for both open & close status in 2 separate card visuals now the demand is to still show the open values count in the card visual when user selects status = closed in filter pane.

But in in my case open values will become 0 when close is filtered and vise-versa.

measure= CALCULATE( COUNT(X), ALL ( Table ), Table[Status]= "Open" )
