how to make tooltip sort differently than legend sort

I have a line chart with a legend.  I have noticed that the sort order of the legend values in the tooltip is identical to that in the legend itself.  I want to achieve a sort order in the tooltip that is different than the legend.  Is this possible?

Here is an example of PBI sorting the tooltip according to the legend sort order:

In this particular example, I want the sort order of [Fiscal Year] to be descending in the tooltip (but still ascending in the legend).

@Anonymous , For that You can create a tooltip page and there you can control the sorting. Color you have to manage
