Hi @Henry_Yang83 ,

Based on my research, Power BI currently does not offer an option in the URL settings or page filter options to exclude specific filters from URL parameters while keeping others active.

To ensure certain visuals are not affected by URL filter parameters, you can create a disconnected table with the filter field and apply this field to the specific visuals. This way, the isolated visuals will not be influenced by the filter, as they are not connected to the fact table being filtered via the URL, even if the filter is applied elsewhere.

Please note that this approach may require some restructuring of your data model and writing measures that reference the disconnected table.
