how to format it numbers

Hello!

I'm new to power bi and I have the following question:

as to the graph above I can put separator points on the numbers. Example: the first bar has a value of 11982

What I want to do is make it look like: 11.982 (I don't care if it's with a "," or with a ".") I need a way to set format. Thank you very much

Click on the column in the fields section of the report and click these two as in below screenshot to get your desired result.
