I created a measure, it fails to display all the selected value, how to solve it?

The ALLSELECTED() function returns a table and the measure can only return a value, that's why the visual can not display.
Maybe you can try to use the CONCATENATEX() function to get the outcome, here I create a set of sample data:
Then I create a measure:
MEASURE =
VAR _selectedValues =
ALLSELECTED ( 'Table'[Values] )
RETURN
CONCATENATEX ( _selectedValues, [Values], " " )
The result is as follow:
